Kick-Ass 2 - Extended Scenes

In two days (December 17th) the movie "Kick-Ass 2" will be launched in DVD and Blu-Ray.
And today at the website Comicbookmovie.com, they showed four extended scenes from the movie, two of them with Jim Carrey as Colonel Stars and Stripes.

Unfortunately it seem that the DVD alone won't have extras, but the combination of Blu-Ray and DVD and of course, the Blu-Ray itself, has:
