Jim Carrey Visits The Homeboy Industries

Jim Carrey has always been candid about his family struggles when he was a teenager, knowing that "people responded to love" and that sometimes all we need is a friendly hand and a kind gesture, to change our lives.
On the 24th July, Jim surprised the boys and girls at the Homeboy Industries by having lunch and spending the day with them:
Homeboy Industries is an organization created to help boys and girls who have been part of street gangs. They provide several options to help these kids to leave those gangs and to create a better life for themselves in the hope of having a wonderful future.
The creator of Homeboy Industries is Father Greg, whom Jim describes has "(…)A beautiful soul. He's an example of the greatness in us."
