Memorable Moment: Jim Carrey on Sesame Street
07 Mar 2011 By Priya Baboota (Web correspondent)
Jim Carrey made a special appearance on 'Sesame Street' in December 1992 in episode 3023. Elmo and Telly Monster introduced him as a funny man.
Jim told them that when he is happy his feet become happy and when he is sad his feet become sad. Jim showed them how his feet show happiness by bouncing them up and down, jumping around, swinging them and then sitting back on the bench.
When Elmo said he couldn't believe what he just did, Jim said, "Now I am sad, cause you didn't think my feet were happy." Then, Jim showed his sad feet and started moving and swinging.
His feet was slowly getting up and falling down in slow motion. Elmo was impressed and said, "Thats the saddest feet I have ever seen!" Jim replied, "Oh really, do you think my feet were sad? Wow, this makes me so happy!" Then he started doing his happy feet act again.
