This is time-sensitive. I figure some of you have become fans of Charlie Kaufman, thanks to Eternal Sunshine. On April 28 there's a double bill play opening in Brooklyn. One half was penned by Charlie, the other half by the Coen brothers. (Fargo, Barton Fink etc.) Stars include Meryl Streep, Steve Buscemi, John Goodman and others.
Annnnyway, there's an e-Bay auction right now, put up by Paul Proch. Paul is a long-time friend of Charlie's, and he did the artwork that appeared in Eternal Sunshine -- Jim's drawings etc. First prize in the auction is a date with Paul to the play's opening night. But you have to be able to get yourself to Brooklyn on April 28. And you have to be female, aged 25-50. (This is just a one-night date, though. Not the start of a relationship or anything.)

Noooo, it's not a joke. I've exchanged a few emails with Paul in the past, and I've bought stuff from his own site.
But remember, this isn't an Eternal Sunshine-related auction. It's a Charlie Kaufman one. And if you place the winning bid, I demand a full report after the event!
