Postby salamon123 » Thu Dec 30, 2004 8:41 pm

Hello,

I would really like to know the name of the song when Grace is jogging and she sees all that stuff and signs about Bruce, what's that song playing in the backround?

Thanks in advance!

I think it's God-Shaped Hole by Plumb.

Do producers of movies have to pay the musicians for taking there songs or can they only take them? I must be very much work if one must always ask the musicians if one is allowed to take there song and how much they want to have for it instead of simply take it.

They call it "royalties." Each song is "licensed" and the Director, Producer or Film Company has to pay royalies to the artist to use the artists songs. Sometimes the artist will allow the song to be played in the movie, but won't allow it to be added to the Soundtrack CD. That's why you can't always find every song from the movie on the soundtrack. It's all very complicated, it has to do with Lawyers and who gets how much money in the process...
