I wonder when they're gonna promoting "The Bad Batch", I also would
like to know when they're gonna show the trailer for "The Bad Batch?"

I believe it will take some more time till we get to see a trailer. I'm waiting for the first official pictures, maybe early 2016? One can hope.

Summer Blockbuster season is alive and kicking at this moment, this is the typical time when studio's release some first trailers for other big movies that will be released at the end of the year. Also the first trailers for some serious movies aiming for award season.

I know 'The Bad Batch' is not in one of those categories, but -as experience tells us- it's also the time for Film Festivals taking place this fall or winter to collect the movies that will be on their program. Like Filmfest Ghent (for example, where 'Eternal Sunshine' was picked up. So maybe ... Just maybe, we might expect something at the end of this summer to pop up. Same for 'True Crimes'.

I read an article that Jim Carrey and the some of the cast of "The Bad Batch" might go to the Venice Film Festival for the world premier of "The Bad Batch." The article was from "The Hollywood Reporter".

When we look at the 20 Golden Lion nominees (Venice), 'The Bad Batch' (Ok, 'Jackie' also) is the only movie that has nothing out yet, promotion-wise. No poster, clip or trailer.

I hope we see something soon, specially since it's doing these festivals now and it's the most important time to get the buzz started.

Sadly, i don't think Screen Media will promote The Bad Batch properly. Based on the reviews we all read, the film is very different and strange, and a lot of people who have seen it hated it. If they are planning indeed an early 2017 release date (march / april) i don't think we'll see a trailer or brand new images until late january / early february. Literally, i don't think they have much faith in this film.
