Me, Myself and Irene unknown Soundtrack!?!?!?

I've got a problem!! The film is absolutely ingeniously and too funny! The songs are very nice too. And here's my problem:
I really liked one of the last sounds in the film. It's where the three boys of Jim came and fetched him and Irene off the river. There comes a nice I'd like to say HipHop song, but on the official soundtrack CD it is not on it!!!
If you know what song it is or from what band it comes PLZ help me!!
It would be very nice!!

Well... I couldn't find it!!!! I really checked out all of this songs... If somebody really wants to help me... you can watch the scene on the dvd at following position: 1 hour and ca. 36 minutes

It's part of an instrumental break from the main song by Hardknox called "Fire Like This" It's the same song that the kids sing "Nah nah nah nah nah, we're gonna rock you" everytime Charile turns into Hank.

also, I checked hour and 36 minutes into the film, it's the scene where Renee is being chased through the train. I think that is a Wilco song.
