There's no question that 'Yes Man' could score big at the Box Office, let's say 75 Mill for it's opening weekend. No kidding. It's Jim Carrey in his most Carreyatic movie since 'Bruce Almighty'. (remember the 85 Mill?)

BUT, that would be the case if it was summer and his movie wasn't up against 'The Tale of Despereaux' and the Will Smith movie 'Seven Pounds'. I still have the feeling that 'Yes Man' could be the winner, but will lose some visitors to the other movies.

Normaly, the week after that it would still do very well, but it's Christmas and our man has to face 'Benjamin Button' (looks amazing), 'Revolutionary Road' (I'm in!), 'Valkyrie' (won't do bad at all), 'Marley and Me' and 'Bedtime Stories' (one for the whole family). That's huge competition in only two weeks.

Ofcours, not every film I names will do extremely good, but the more options, the bigger the chance someone goes for another movie then 'Yes Man'.

Okay, I'm talking and talking here ... ... Let's say ... 44 for the opening weekend. I hope more, but I have some doubts.

*forgot about the monday for Bruce.

30m for the opening. Around 100m for US, and 200m for worldwide.

I predicted $37M opening weekend and $146M total.

I think a worldwide total could be $300M +. It will do very good in UK and Spain. I think it easily can gross $30 - 50M in those territories.

I think it will settle somewhere around the 30-million mark, which should be satisfying as the buzz about the movie don't seem to be all too good.

That's the thing with Jim though, no matter if the movie is good or not, they will always make at least 100 million thanks to his huge fanbase. I'm talking about comedies here.
