buying a seafood restaurant? I am going to dream here, but it is well runned and the food is good. Ummmm it is in town and it is runned by family. I am just wondering cause I live ontop of it and I wouldn't mind if he bought it- :D

My mom is running it and she is the one paying for the building and I am sure she wouldn't mind-less stress for her and more customers for us- :D
