out there in Hollywood Land?

Don't give them everything! In California, if one marries they are entitled to half of the spouses estate unless specified. If children are involved it gets even more complicated. I've known people who've married and the disgruntled spouse has taken litterally everything. Consult a lawyer before signing anything and find out what the exact laws are where you live.

i would say that it would be a good idea because it will let you keep what you have earned if you end up divorcing your spouce
