I just watched The Truman Show again today and I'd just like to discuss it with everyone else. Quotes, favourite bits of it and other "deeper" stuff
It's been a while since I've seen it.... I've been so damned busy... ekk.. but I'm able to get more from it each time I see it. Ed Harris does a great job with Christof; the perfect manipulative bastard. Truman has been treated like an animal freak show... it's such a terrible thing to do to a person......
The scene where the nuclear plant workers(actors in suits) capture Truman really shows how cruel it all is... His struggling and everything.
I absolutely loved Jim in this one by the way doesn't everyone?
"You never put a camera in my brain!"
"I'm the bus-driver!"
I really liked the "How's it going to end?" badge
"And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening and goodnight."
