I for one love that Jim Carrey is so into meta-physics and enlightenment in genral ... some of you might have seen me do a Jim Carrey impression but i am more like Jim when it comes to his spiratual side ..... so i made this video for fun and insight ...please watch it then give me some feed back and please please if you got the time make a video response .

Can I be the bad guy for once?

From what I can see on the internet, I think there's potential. There's a slight resemblance with Jim Carrey. But to be honest, you really need to work on the voices to get it right. And first of all : timing. The impressions you do are not bad, but they are missing the focus. For example, when you sing "Somebody to love" it's rushed and while doing impressions, you get some of the faces right but everything in between is just some random stuff, a bit pointless. It reminds a bit of Carrey, but not really. There's a lot more going on when Carrey does his thing, it's not just pulling faces and moving around in difficult ways.

To be honest, I've seen way better. The difference? Focus. On every level. I've seen many people being able to do an impression of Jim Carrey with their voice, I've seen many doing his faces, I've seen many doing his body-moves. But the ones that amaze me are those who can combine them and do a real full impression. And that are two people so far, they can even do impressions that include Jim Carrey doing impressions. Again, very focused, but bringing it very natural.

I know this sounds hard, but I'm afraid with everyone being only positive you will forget you have to keep working on it, hard. And it woule be a shame, cause -again- there's potential! That's for sure. I'm only saying it because I care. I wouldn't bother saying it to someone else, when I just think it's bad or something.
