Is this Jim as a child?

I recently saw this youtube and am now thinking this may be a very young Jim Carrey. I work in the Dental field and looked at the child's teeth shape, thin upper lip and it's lead me to believe this is himself. The eyes and actions he makes are pretty convincing to me as well..I would like some thoughts on this...the dates would be in line as well as this was likely shot in the late 1960's or early 70's...

Looks a lot like him tho. But the nose is not right either. You can't go by the hair color cause I have footage of Jim where his hair was darker. plus the color in that commercial is not good

Plus the kenner boy has one eye that is smaller then the other and its very noticable where as Jim doesn't

But I think he looks like Jim cause of the mouth and the shape of the eyes. Not sure about the kenner boys eye color cause the color of the video is mostly gone.
