Working with Jimmy....Please no one take this the wrong way...but does anyone suspect that Jimmy is difficult to work with? After reading that Barry Sonnenfield has left the second movie that Jimmy is involved with, I was just wondering if it was a coincidence. I am crazy about Jimmy so I am not trying to say anything bad about him. But maybe he is so creative and brilliant, he is far beyond anything that anyone can accommodate? Just wondering.

Re: Definately!I think that he would be hard to work with, because he is a bit crazy, and sometimes it can be too much... I know it'd drive me up the wall after a while! i'm not sayin it in a horrible way... i'm sure it can be a lot of fun, but I bet it gets too much for everyone! You can only stand so much of something before it drives you crazy!

Jennaxx
It's better to go after something special and risk starving to death than to surrender, if you give up your dreams, what's left?- Jim Carrey.

"It's all fake. Yeah I think soI think it's very difficult especially for a director. If the director isnt a personal friend like Tom Shadyak, because Jim kind of makes up so much himself, adds so much and directs himself to a certain extent. The directors job is decreasing in that case to the job of an editor especially since Jim is so unique in his performances-you couldn't direct some of the things he does. It must also be hard for co-stars sometimes because he steals so much of the scene and you don't want to fall into acting like him, but as an actor that's a hard thing not to do. I think the only female co-star that really took the limelight as well was Renee Zellweger, she was brilliant and held her own.

Re: I'd love to work with Jim Carrey! He might be hard to work with because he's a perfectionnisss (*Ã la Chip*) and it's a great quality for an artist! So if some people don't agree with that, the hell with 'em!
A n d r e a

reyeah he's difficult to work with.

I heard Jennifer Aniston was a little confused to makes scenes over for 30 times. In Friends she takes shots in 3 times.

Anyway, i should really like to work with him....

Re: reI really think it's the chemistry that's important. If it's there Jim is open to criticism and getting directed. If he respects the person. He's probably still complicated sometimes but that's just because he's so involved.
"Whatever makes you feel good when you sit down and do it,
is what you should be chasing in your life." - Jim Carrey
