i get panic attacks too. i have an anxiety disorder that leads to depression. I get claustrophobic, and tired, and whiny, and then I throw up. But after I do all that I go to sleep before I faint/pass out. So if you guys are ever at the house and you have an anxiety attack, see if you can lie down before you faint. good luck. I get anxiety attacks a lot as well. If I'm in a crowd and I hear people giggling or whatever I get convinced it's about me and start to panic. I also hate closed in spaces... I never used to but a few years ago I just started hating crowds etc... also the pushing and shoving that people do in them isn't fun. I don't blame you for not wanting to go to those things anymore JT. I've been in a few of them at things here and they aren't fun... even my friends tend to push and shove and it just gets old pretty quickly. <p></p><i></i>
