Keeping a health Journal I found keeping a journal on how I was feeling and what triggers my down time. I find a good brisk walk does me better than any medication, I just have to go out and do it! Sometimes, people, shows, smells can trigger sad thoughts, oft times one can write down what is making us feel sad and once that is done a relief occurs, once you've written and it is out of the way. I do believe one needs a daily laugh , just to keep going.
