JCO Keeps blocking me

Let me know if I have been removed from the blacklist. Tell me why JCO keeps blocking me and if I can still post things without seeing the message that I have been blocked and what I can do to prevent from getting blocked. Like I said before, I'm not spam or and bot. I;m a devoted member of JCO.
