Count Olaf Is Evil but I cannot help but like him

Postby FutureStar1977 » Sun Dec 12, 2004 2:01 am

Count Olaf is soooooo evil in these books. But I still cannot help but like him.

And I know that once I see Jim portray Count Olaf, I will love him anyway.

I am one of those people who likes the wacky, funny characters, even if they are the bad guy. :D

I have read the first 3. It took me an hour or less a piece to finish them. They are a short, but interesting read and they kept my attention the whole time.

Figures, I was reading them before I went to bed and I had dreams about it all night long!

The Snicket books are very good. Short, but good. I have read all of them several times over. I do find it a bit pathetic that some of you are only reading them becouse they are the base for a move feturing Jim Carrey. How unfortunate.

Not Me...

I have a 12 year old brother who brought the books home from his school library. THAT is why I ended up reading them. It had nothing to do with Jim.

I really did read them just because Jim was in the movie :D I guess I am "one pathetic loser". :o

Even if those were my intentions, I still really enjoyed the books ;D My favourite one is the sixth 'Ersatz Elavator'~! I said that before but I just like it too much :P My little sister has the whole collection and that's how I had access to the books. I guess if Jim wasn't in the movie, i wouldn't have read the books. My sister, however, read all the books before I did... obviously.... but anyway.

Bye~
